I don’t really understand why this brand still gets such high ratings. It feels a bit overhyped now and not as special as people make it seem. For the price, I expected better quality and just a better overall experience. I also wish the instructions or guidance had been clearer, because that would’ve made things a little less frustrating. Maybe some people still like it because of the name, but for me it just wasn’t worth it. I probably wouldn’t recommend it.

I was hoping this would work for what I had in mind, but the design feels like it’s stuck in 2005. It just wasn’t my style anymore, and it kind of ruined my plans because I had to go back and look for something else last minute.

I went on Famous Stars and Straps thinking I’d pick up a couple new tees or maybe a hoodie, but it was kind of frustrating. I still like the brand and I was hoping to find something, but the selection felt thin. A lot of the stuff I remember being into wasn’t there anymore, and the sizes that were left were hit or miss. Maybe I just checked at the wrong time, but the site felt a little empty and I ended up not really seeing anything worth buying. Kind of a letdown.

The package arrived with the box all crushed, and the shirt inside looked kind of dirty. Maybe it happened during shipping, I’m not totally sure, but it was still disappointing to open it like that.

I tried to grab a hoodie during one of their promos, and the discount code kept coming up as invalid?? I checked the dates like three times, and it definitely looked like it should’ve still been active... Then I signed up for their emails, got another code, and that one didn’t work at checkout either!!! Super annoying. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really much help at all. it made the whole “sale” feel kind of pointless..

I ordered this weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. Reading between the lines, it feels like there may be some shipping or fulfillment issues they’re not really being upfront about. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but this has been way longer than I expected.

I ordered a shirt and it showed up damaged, which was annoying enough on its own. But the real frustration is that I still haven’t gotten a refund or any real help. Like, how hard is it to fix a simple issue when the item arrived messed up? Definitely not the experience I expected

I wanted to order a hoodie. But the payment options were a pain. I expected the usual choices. Instead, it felt limited and outdated.
I tried a couple of times. Then I gave up. Checkout should be easy. I probably won’t buy anything unless they fix it.

I ordered something from overseas and, you know, totally fine, I guess I just enjoy waiting forever with no real updates. The tracking barely changed, support took its sweet time getting back to me, and by the time the package finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited anymore. Very calm about it. Very relaxed. Definitely not ordering international again.

As someone who pretty much lives in comfy shirts, this one was a letdown. The fit felt awkward on me, and the fabric was rough enough that I noticed it all day. I couldn’t really relax in it.

I usually don’t get too worked up over returns, stuff happens, sizes are weird, packages get mixed up, whatever. But trying to return my order was way more annoying than it needed to be. Anyway, I still didn’t really know what was going on half the time, and the whole thing just left a bad taste. I don’t see myself ordering from them again after this.

The site is frustrating to get around. It’s not even about it looking fancy or having extra features — I just want to find what I need without feeling like I’m clicking in circles. The navigation could definitely be a lot clearer.

I ordered from famousstarsandstraps.com and the tracking was all over the place. For days it said my package was still waiting to be picked up, then out of nowhere it just showed up with barely any updates in between.

I don’t mind waiting if I have some idea what’s going on, but this was just frustrating. When I reached out to customer service, they didn’t really explain anything and it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not understanding the tracking. The whole experience was annoying, and I probably won’t order from them again.

I was going to buy one hoodie because it was on sale, but once I got to checkout the shipping cost pretty much wiped out the whole deal. It felt way too high for just one item, and the final total made me wonder why it was even marked down in the first place.
